The customer service representative behind the desk performed all the required tasks and helped me contact my insurance real-time to open a claim for a chip repair. Maybe it was toward the end of the day, but there was a mechanical demeanor throughout the experience that lacked warmth and expressiveness that an exceptional customer service representative would display.

Ever since I had my windshield replaced, my sensors for the emergency brake system hasn't been working on and off, and my check engine light started turning on. Had never happened before. Took it back for a diagnostic and they blamed it on my battery. But my battery warning light has not turned on at all.
