Solid service for a fair price!
I usually wait a bit before leaving a review to ensure that everything is good. I came for a simple CVT transmission oil change. The wait time was snappy and I had zero issues. And I feel the cost was fair as well! Thanks y'all for the speedy and easy experience!

Leak in front differential
Doug's was recommended by a local auto repair place and Darren was willing to take a look, identify a possible leak location, and recommend a trial fix he thought would work vs a hugely expensive repair. He got the parts cleaned and dried over time, looked at it again after a few days of driving, re-identified the exact spot of the leak and performed a drain of fluid and re-seal of the case and bolt to stop the leak. A fairly simple solution instead of a complicated repair. It was great to find a place willing to earn my trust through a common sense solution combined with technical expertise. Thanks to Darren and the Doug's personnel who helped keep our '06 high mileage Highlander in the family.

Carla said she had them put in a transmission and she will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau. She stated she had just put in a transmission about 5 months ago. The vehicle wasn't even driven 400 miles because she was traveling. She was told she was past the 90 days warranty. She was very disappointed with the service.

Transmission Service
Doug’s Performance Transmission was great!! I made an appointment which fit my schedule and the service was completed in less than 1 hour.
Darren was outstanding! He listen to my concerns and once the technician drained and inspected my truck’s transmission he found no signs of damage, great news!! After the service was completed they did a test drive and asked me to report back if the previous symptom returns (hard shifting between 1,2,3 when temperatures were low and the truck was sitting for a while). They went above and beyond for me and I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants great services, fair prices and outstanding customer service!

Fixed faster than expected!
With the volume of vehicles Doug's repairs, I was so pleased to get my truck back so fast. They even found and fixed a heater hose tiny leak I would have never found.

Darren and crew were polite, professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions.
