Always a good experience
Randy and the guys at Drew Street Auto are always super fast and helpful at getting me on the road. They are my personal pitstop crew as far as I’m concerned they do a great job and they keep things reason.

Dealing with Randy has been a complete pleasure
This is the first time I’ve ever used them.And I would start off with going over the different issues with Randy and after him explaining the problems with the car . They are completely honest about things they’re not looking to make a fast buck . Their prices are very good. I would highly recommend anyone looking to have car repairs to take their car there. I will definitely use them in the future for my car needs.

Totally ripped me off and probably damaged my car also
I was warned about this type of auto repair shop way back when I first started driving. Except for feeling overcharged once or twice, I never did run into a bad auto shop until now after 52 years of owning cars.
I'm guilty of giving them a 5-star review a few months ago for an oil change bcus they kept asking. My advice "stay away" and protect your mothers sisters girlfriend wifes and yourselves from this predatory hit and run type of business.
I didn't get what I had an appointment for because Jimmy called me saying my water pump was shot and was a must do! I gave him the ok. As I paid, he said the good news my car is fixed, but it is going to sound loud until it works itself out. WHAT!?!? I can't believe they gave it back to me with that loud noise and I believed him that it would go away. I brought it back the next day because there was still a leak and my car was loud and screwing up my idle and straining my engine. He said probably bad water pump they would get it switched out. I had to leave it again. The result of them touching my car the 2nd time was a larger leak of oily/antifreeze. So for a 3rd time I called and went in and they pretty much told me to go away. Jimmy said we told you, you had a leak and needed a timing cover gasket, he never did, he said my tiny leeks were from the weep hole on the water pump and that's why I needed it replaced. That was my only symptom of needing a water pump. He/they most likely damaged the gasket that first day and in tiny letters on my receipt under work needed, he removed cv boot (that we did talk about) and replaced it with needing a timing cover gasket (what we did not talk about).
I wanted it fixed and they would not help so I went to another mechanic and he said I had a leak behind the timing cover and probably needed a water pump. I said do it. They called me to say it was a bolt missing from the water pump. Thanks for not finishing the job drew st.
The good mechanic replaced the bolt, the t.c. gasket for less than drew st quote with extra hours Jimmy and Rich added. Note drew st originally had my car 11 to 345hrs. Was 4.75 hrs and charged me 7.75 hrs labor! That's 450 plus tax overcharge. Rip offs. Don't get a quote get an estimate. If you get a quote its legally binding and you have to pay even when they finish 3 hrs early. Another sneaky trick jerzy Jimmy tried adding tax to the quoted price when the quote was tax included. Can't blame him for trying, again.

Excellent service
We had a problem with our BMW X5. The water pump went out. Randy arranged for the car to be picked up and brought over to his shop while we were out of town which was amazing. They got the job done in the car runs beautifully. Very caring and conscientious individuals working at the shop. Highly recommend.
