I was pleased
I took my 2001 Porsche 911 to Dunn's after another local indie told me he was not able to work on my baby. I am glad that this happened, Jeff was very kind and knows his way around Porsche's.
I had a couple oil leaks repaired, water pump, new pulleys and belt, full tune and oil change done, as well as new tires. I felt at ease leaving my car there, and he did a great job with the repairs. Was not cheap, But with Porsche's there are really no "cheap" repairs.
Now my classic Porsche purrs like a kitten and eats blacktop like a hungry lion again.
I would recommend Dunn's for repairs on any German car,

Great Service at Dunns!
Great import service! Dunns is always upfront on condition of your vehicle and will advise what is needed and what is not. They are very efficient on cost and will provide a loaner if available. You wont be disappointed!

The people that work at Dunns are super friendly and more knowledgeable than any car service shop in town.
The technicians are nice and offer to go the extra steps to make sure your vehicle is has no issues. The women are smart with twist of a good sense of humor and the owner is super nice to everyone. Jeff know more about cars than anyone one in the industry. But be careful, he will try to hand out is wife's cooked treats every time you are there.....and they are delicious!

Battery issue address quickly
I stopped in for a battery check before driving to FL. Come to find out, I needed a new one. Dunn’s had one in stock. Within half an hour, I was out of there with a new battery and peace of mind.

I have been coming to Dunns to have my cars serviced for about 26 years now. Before my first visit, a coworker of mine at a previous employer recommended Dunns. She said that one of the things she really liked about Dunns is that Jeff would tell her when she had to fix or replace something, but would also counsel her when she DIDN'T need to replace something at that time, and could wait till further down the road. He would never try to sell her some part or service that she didn't really need. I tried Dunns back then, and have never gone anywhere else. Jeff is the most knowledgeable auto guy I've ever encountered, and he has always been straight with me about things that didn't have to be fixed/replaced until later. - Richard Sarabia

Taking your car to Dunn's Import is a little like the old TV show "Cheers" - lots of customers coming and going who have been taking their cars to Jeff and his staff for years, prompt attention to each person, good information about what needs to be done to keep your car in tip-top shape and everything delivered with a smile!
