Thorough and considerate
My car wasn’t blowing cold air anymore. Dan and Bob ran diagnostic tests to prove it was due to part failures and not just low on Freon. They also saved me a lot of money by selecting more cost effective yet warranties replacement parts rather than OEM.

it wasn’t time for my oil change, but realized my windshield wipers were falling apart. Made a phone call to East Cooper auto pros and they were willing and able to replace my windshield wipers that day. I sure am thankful for such a wonderful automotive shop.
