Garrick and Brad at Eddie's Auto was very courteous and professional! They were knowledgeable and transparent with us explaining what was wrong with my car, work will need to be done, and anything else they came across while working on the car. They got my car fixed and back to me in a timely manner so that i could pick it up after work and take our son to practice. They also saved us hundreds compared to what the dealership quoted us. Thank you Eddie's Auto!

Great Service
The service I received today was exceptional and quick. I needed my car by a certain time and got it back sooner. The cost didn’t kill me as when I used to go to the dealer. I already told Garrick that I’m his customer for life now.

Service Above and Beyond
Came in for a safety check and Garrick found a burnt out tail light. He replaced the bulb at only the cost of the bulb. Although he had to take apart the tail light, there was no labor charge. Thank you, Garrick!

Safety check, yearly tune up and oil change
They got everything done in less than 4h and that included replacing one of the brakes. They need to tighten their online game tho, lol. I received an automated email the day of my appointment that said it had been a year since they saw me and I should schedule an appointment lol. But they’re so busy and reliable that computer generated glitches like that really not a problem. Just funny. Thanks guys! I’ll be seeing you again in a couple months for the other car. Mahalo

The engine repair light appeared yesterday. Garrett was able to diagnose the problem & fix it right away.

Great work & excellent customer service.
I was referred here by my neighbor and was very lucky to have gotten an appointment because they mentioned that they aren’t really taking new customers anymore. Garrick was very quick to respond to my requests and Brad did quality work replacing the breaks on my Highlander. Not only were their service and work great, but they both took the time to talk story with my husband and me. It made us feel valued as customers.

Great service from a great team!
They serviced my car before and I saw how busy they were so when I needed to make an appointment, I made sure to call them two weeks in advance.

They use quality products and do great work.
