Service to Count On
Elders has been my “go-to” for more than ten years. I know I can rely on their skills, knowledge, experience, and integrity to evaluate mechanical problems and do what is best for my vehicle and me. They really listen to my descriptions about what’s going on with my vehicle, and they follow through with clear explanations and options about their recommended service or repairs. They go above and beyond with customer service, even communicating and championing their customers with warranty companies who sometimes try to “cut corners” or avoid responsibilities outlined in customer’s agreements. I know I can trust the Elders staff for superior service.

Heat and cooling not controlling.
Met with Matt and explained what was going on with heat and ac. The vehicle was diagnosed and it was determined that the heat and cooling valve was not working. They ordered the part overnight and installed it the next day. After testing the H/ ac was working fine.
Matt is very friendly and professional and makes you feel important. I will return to Elders for my future service needs.

Convenient and Courteous
Recently moved to area and I thought I’d give this place a try. I’m very happy I did as I will use them here on out.
The place was exceptional clean and this place I didn’t mind waiting. This place made you feel like they were happy to have you and not a bother to have you.
