Excellent service.
Ergle Automotive has always been very reliable and reasonable in price. They have serviced 3 vehicles for me over the last few years.
Yesterday I discovered that my rear brakes were grinding and needed replacing right away. With a flight scheduled out of Charlotte the next day, I called and asked them if they could work me in on the same day. In spite of being booked for the next couple of days, they worked me in and were able to turn the rotors, saving me a substantial amount of money. They also gave me a ride home a couple of blocks away because I had injured my left foot the previous day.
They really go the “extra mile” for their customers.

Kept informed and very reasonable
My car needed a few things done and I wasn’t exactly sure to what extent. Tim and crew let me know in a timely manner what it needed and he prioritized what I should do. Very honest, reliable and reasonable.

Tires and Alignment
Tim, we’ve talked about this once. It is my belief that with every wheel alignment you should provide your customers with a print out of the as found and results after any corrections made.
Without it the charge on the bill is meaningless and I am left wondering if anything was done at all.
