Great Work, Great Price, Honest Shop!
So far I’ve had my 2011 335i in three times, once I thought was a major problem, but they found it was RODENT activity that ate wiring, and didn’t gouge me repairing the damage.
This latest trip in was maintenance. Brakes and a “mini” tune up. I’m on a budget, so they did what was needed at 90K, and when they swapped my wheels (summer/winter) they DIDN’T charge me for a tire balance!!
They have a customer for life with me, that’s for sure. I hate playing the “helpless female” card, but sometimes I feel like that. These guys ALWAYS REASSURE ME, and never talk down to me. They work within my budget, and are so friendly, how could I ever go anywhere else?!?
Their shop rate is definitely competitive, especially when you are looking for European specialists. Oh!! And QUICK TURNAROUND TIME! My car was ready SAME DAY!
This isn’t my first review, and it definitely won’t be my last. Thanks Peter - you were great chatting with, and I appreciate you guys having a cash discount!!! Who needs credit card miles, when you can save a few bucks by paying with cash?!? You guys rock!

Such great service
Auto service can be sort of invisible to me. So, Great customer service and the ability to explain what was done to the car and why is really important. Arturo always shows concern, and patience explaining the service, what to expect next time, and is really accurate with the estimates. Highly recommend.
