Eurosport was fantastic. They kept me updated checked with me before they made any extra repairs that they found. They are very thorough and I am very pleased and will use them again.
Repair took much longer than originally quoted because it was misdiagnosed in the beginning. There was an additional part that was broken that was contributing to the sun roof not working and that wasn't realized until they'd had it for two weeks. In the process of the repair they tore a hole in the fabric of the roof of the car. I was told they'd lost a plastic cap for the airbag on the dashboard in the front driver seat. I found it broken in the door pocket of the passenger seat. The next morning when I was leaving for a road trip with friends, she was struggling to buckle her seat and we realized that one of the buckles on a seat in the back is now missing. There was also trash left in the passenger seat when I picked it up. I am very frustrated as I paid $3,400 for this, they told me I'd have to pay an additional $1,300 to actually have my sunroof be functional, and I will have to bring my car back to have it put back in working order. Frankly I don't really want to bring it back to you guys because I'm worried you'll break something else, which doesn't feel good since I paid you so much money.
Once again, Eurosport has taken care of our daughter’s car, which brings such peace of mind to parents of an out-of-state student. They’ve gone above and beyond for battery analysis and emergency headlight repair - why should a routine oil change be any different?
It wasn’t, in terms of fitting us in and taking care of issues. Grateful to have this team look out for our Sooner’s car while she’s a couple hundred miles away.

Brought 2013 vw beetle in for problem with noise in the front suspension. We proceed with the claim and when i pick it up the suspension is still making noise. Returned a day or two after and was looked at again. I was told that it is a cosmetic part that is making the noise and that was pretty much it. So i have to take their word that a part was replaced that probably didn't need to be, and the cosmetic issue is gonna keep making that noise.
The fact that I have found a local source of professional care and quality of service for my Range Rover is such a relief to my wife and I. I was so impressed with the friendly approach to a consultation and process of ordering and installation of parts. All this and a more than reasonable cost. Thank you Eurosport!

Instead of just replacing parts they investigated the issue and found out it was a wiring issue. Charged a very reasonable amount to fix the harness.
