Always great service, as usual !
We have taken our cars to Executive for decades, and as usual there techs repaired the problem, and
had it returned the next day. Its no wander that we take our autos to them every time.

Fast, Professional and Reasonable
This is my second experience with Executive. My first occurred when a local Buick dealer told me i needed a new torque converter ($5500) for my car that had only 44,000 miles. Seeking a second opinion, I took it to Executive. They researched Buick repair specs and determined all it needed was a transmission oil change a computer reprogramming - $500. This time I had a bad vibration. They diagnosed a bad tire and replaced in less than a day. Executive Auto is my GO TO repair shop.

A great place to go if you want to get overcharged threatened and have employees mockingly waste your time, All while incorrectly diagnosing the problem
A Great place to go if you want to be ignored abused threatened and made to waste your time and money.

I had purchased a battery through AAA and executive auto is the AAA distributor down here. They have two separate locations over in that little executive an auto park area over by bald Eagle. Upon arriving at the first location and nice guy came out that the problem was that our battery had died and it was under warranty. So the first guy checked With a traditional voltmeter that checks the cells of the batteries, and said that it only had 330 cold cranking amp‘s and it was supposed to have at least 600. However he said that this particular location did not handle the AAA warrantees that their AAA authorized building was just around the corner.

When we arrived at the new location a young punk name Sean came out. You’ll later find why I refer to him as a punk. He came out using some app on his phone and said that it told us that it was actually cranking at 685 and so is perfectly fine. I said well that’s actually 100% different than your other place you told me they told me the thing is destroyed and needs a new one and you’re telling me it’s perfectly fine can you just go inside and get the traditional meter and put it actually on the battery so we can see that? He said sure I’ll be right back. What about 40 minutes later after me and my dad are just befuddled my dad who can’t wait any more walks inside the back area the office only to see that Sean is taking that moment to take his hour long lunch break it was eating a sandwich and playing on the phone. Needless to say we just left at that point.
Well one day later guess what the battery conks out and doesn’t work when the car is just parked at home. After having been driven. We called up executive auto after being unable to start it with jumper cables and happen to mention the treatment that Shaun had gave us in the first place. The person said well you’ll have to take that up with Sean.
We are five minutes later Sean call bus on the phone and immediately was extremely hostile telling us it was our fault and that the battery was perfectly fine. I then proceeded to tell him why I thought it wasn’t fine with the story above and then said and not to mention it was unprofessional and rude what you did in taking your lunch break when you told us you were going to be right back and that’s pretty much bullshit. He then Bruce said to say that I will not talk to him like that and because I happened to say a curse word that if I ordered one more curse word he would come down here and kick my ass. the same employee who literally has now wasted two or three hours of our life at least because I had the audacity to Swear about the fact that he took a lunch break when he told us he was going to Physically assault us. Well technically that’s battery he’s already assaulted us by threatening us. Needless to say we won’t be going back
Unlikely for them my folks are in about every board of every social and philanthropical group on this island so we will be telling anyone who will listen about this wonderful experience.
