Expert Car Care takes good care of my Prius. I dropped in without an appointment for an oil change and it was done quickly. Professional, Transparent, & Fast! Best repair shop business in Orlando by far!
I’ve been to Expert Car Care numerous times with multiple vehicles including most recently; my 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse. Having came into the shop for a predetermined timing belt replacement, Blake and the rest of the team were fully transparent and very quick to help get my car back on the road sooner than later! It took them just over one business day to diagnose, repair, and test the vehicle — including a complete walkthrough with the customer throughout the entire process. Where other auto repair shops haphazardly run by numerous extra part suggestions based on mileage intervals alone, Expert Car Care walks you through the work being done and the mechanical condition of all parts that may need repair, and why. They go out of their way to provide videos of the condition of the vehicle’s parts during precise repairs, along with documenting any other parts that may be needed along the way while repairing a separate part. For example, failing bearings and other objective signs of wear, rather than mileage intervals alone, are the combined indicators by which Expert Car Care suggests other potential repairs to extend vehicle longevity. While I have experienced some small issues with Expert Car Care working on my different vehicles (namely accidentally fouling a spark plug on my old Ford Taurus during engine degreasing), this can be expected when working on complex and aging vehicles. What matters most is that Expert Car Care in this instance, and presumably many others, strives to make things right (i.e. fixing aforementioned spark plugs free of charge after such an incident)! This is especially important in an environment where a majority of auto shops are outright unwilling to assist customers with any unexpected results after vehicle work.

As for my most recent Eclipse repair, the car is running quieter and smoother than when I first test drove it at the used lot, and it’s back on the road faster than any other shop I’ve visited! Their comparatively excellent warranty mileages and extensive warranty coverage reassures me that the sensitive engine repairs done to my car can be fully dependable for many miles to come.

While Expert Car Care may be slightly more expensive than other shops in some cases, the higher price that you spend is clearly invested into a caring environment for your car that no other shop can provide.

The money clearly goes into a more caring and communicative relationship with the customer, with employees that feel as invested in your vehicle as you are. They take you step by step through the work being done, they explain everything they find with full transparency & the vehicles health prioritized first, they can adjust pricing if unforeseen extra work is highly suggested, and they make an outstanding effort to preserve your time spent without a vehicle — which is worth the extra money alone to me.

Even outside of my vehicles, you can see this outstanding working environment — such as noticing another customer come with a flat & punctured tire that they could not replace, only for Expert Car Care to go above and beyond by patching that tire free of charge for the customers safety in the meantime. I’ve never seen such care and expertise combined from any other shop to date. This shop ensures that your time and business is their upmost priority, and they will lend a hand for anything they can — especially if you work with this shop consistently!

Awesome service - as always
They listened to my concerns and to my thoughts. They quickly diagnosed the actual problem and clearly explained what was going on. It took a while to get the parts; but, they made pretty quick work of the repairs.

Excellent service
This was my first experience with automobile repair and Expert Car Care. They explained what they were going to do very clearly. And all of the pricing is posted on the wall behind the counter, so you are aware. The prices were competitive the work was done quickly, and I am now a feature customer of Expert Car Care.

Quick in and out tire replacement
Had a tire showing a little belt on the inside. (Expected as I had a plug put in thousands of miles ago).
Called at 5:15pm on a Wednesday, arrived by 5:50pm and was out the door 6:40pm.
Would’ve been quicker, but the counter guy answering phones & attending walk ins was also the guy replacing my tire. Dude was hustling.
Overall a great, quick visit.

Excellent Service - exceeded my expectations!
Had a couple of lights on the dash, and thought I’d try a new mechanic. So very pleased with the results. Not only did they correct the issues for less than expected, they also corrected something else that cost little, but saved so much more. Will be using for more of my service needs and highly recommend for any automotive issue.
