Great service
I was having electrical issues with my Ford. Falcon Auto did a complete diagnostic check, found some errors that required fixing while also determining trhe battery was faulty. It was replaced under warranty without charge.
Excellent work and honest. I'll be back.

Great Service with no appointment
During the recent cold snap my truck battery died and my second vehicle was in the shop for maintenance. I was able to get my truck "jumped" with an old jeep we have. I called falcon auto and they finished my vehicle sooner than promised and i drove my truck in for a new battery. They got me in immediately with no appointment!

Great service on all our vehicles.
Falcon auto ALWAYS provides great service. We have an older diesel and use it for towing heavy trailers long distances. so it needs constant maintenance. They always do a thorough look when doing routine maintenance. We appreciate them!! Makes us confident in our vehicle performance. They also service our daily vehicles. Front desk service is awesome.
