Last Thursday the 19th, I remote started my car to war it up. By the time I got out there the cars shut off. I went into the car to start it and all it did was click, i installed my battery charger and let it sit for 30 minutes the same thing, click, click. Then I called a friend to take me to my appointment. Returned from the appointment around 3:30 and it started. So, I left the charger on it all night so I could take it in the morning, not able to take it to the dealership right then. I got to the dealership at 6:45, and at 7:00 they opened. Matt came up to me and asked if I had an appointment and I said no and I explained what happened. He said that without and appointment he did know when it would be looked at, I said OK, but I have to have loaner. I explained to him that my wife has Parkinses, and I can't be without a car due to picking up caregivers and if there was an emergency. He said that they can't give a loaner out until the diagnose the problem. So, they gave me a ride home and waited for a phone car, called around 2pm, they said they haven't looked at it yet, and might not get it today. I said Well tomorrow will it be looked at and Matt said he wasn't sure there are a lot of people with appointments that need to taken care of first. So that Saturday i waited till around 11am and called and was told the car still wasn't looked at yet. I then called back 1pm and they said they could not get to it today and if I wanted to make an appointment for Monday. i said fine but i need a loaner due to my needs. They said that no loaners were available. He said Well you can come and get your car, and he went out to start it and it did start. I had my neighbor drop me off and I picked up the car and I notice 5 loaners outside. What gets to me, is that a person that has an appointment for an oil change is more important than a customer that has car that broke down. I am driving the car and do not trust it at all. If I didn't explain to Matt and the other people why I had to have my car or a loaner then it would be my fault, but i explained numerous times and they didn't care. This experience is them losing a customer and probably buying a new car, not from there, their lose.

They don’t honor extended wheel and tire extended warranty. Do not buy it
This dealer would not honor extended wheel warranty I purchased. Wheel was damaged and they will not replace it. Numerous in person visits and can’t even get a call back from numerous phone calls. Don’t waste your money. I am planning to purchase another Hyundai but it will not be from this dealership.

Terrible, pressing, service when purchasing a new car!
I can’t believe how you have treated a long time customer of your dealership. I would not recommend your establishment to anyone that I know dearly. From the stories of my friends experiences, I can honestly say that you are not in business to help your customers… you are only in it for the profits and suffering of others who trusted you.
If anyone is reading this review, please hear me when I say - do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! They do not care about you!

Sold me a car knowingly with 6,555 dollars worth of damage.
I was sold a Subaru and after a month of owning it, 6,555 dollars worth of issues appeared and I only drive back and forth to work. They treat me like I'm not a customer and won't even help the slightest with repairs.

Great service
I have a 10-year-old ELANTRA. I’ve always maintained it at the family service department. Except during the pandemic I never had a problem getting an appointment or talking to someone if I had any issues with this car, which I did not this time I wanted to look into getting a new car and I spoke with GIO a very nice, pleasant young man Answered all my questions took me on a test drive tried to find the best deal for me . When it is time for me to get a car, I definitely will ask for Gio.

Very rude, lying, wasted our time
I had a horrible experience with the staff and the sales men Jose. We came in, found a car immediately and went straight to start the buying process. At the very last second before putting down our down payment, he came back and said they gave the car to someone else. Jose kept telling us that we had "first dibs" and "priority" and to not worry about someone else getting the car, he said we had priority no matter what which was a lie. After he told us someone just bought it we asked why he said we had "priority and first dibs". He gaslighted us
saying that he didn't mean it and never said that and we must of heard him wrong after we kept asking and he kept saying the same answer to not worry about anyone else buying the car. Jose started to laugh and make us feel horrible. We were very hurt after spending 4 hours trying to get my brother his first car. We then asked to speak to the manager and he was just as rude. Neither of them didn't apologize for wasting our time. Jose never apologized, he only got defensive and had no manner, he couldn't care less. They had no manners whatsoever and wasted our time. All they had to do was apologize for wasting our time and for someone else getting the car and I would have had some respect for them but they did not care. Never have experienced such horrible customer service especially at other dealerships. I'm writing this to hopefully help others not waste their time and being treated with no respect and and manners. Jose also started laughing at my family and I when leaving, extremely disrespectful.

Appts don’t mean anything
The worst experience ever. And the last time I used the service dept it was pretty bad too.
Had an appt at noon for first oil change on my new car. Took 2 weeks to even get an appt.
At 1:20 I replied to the text message looking for an update. Never received a response. At 1:40 I asked at the service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told oil change was complete and they were removing the roof rack which I asked to be done when I arrived. At 2:00 went to service desk again, gentleman went to check on it. At 2:05 another man came out to say they were just putting my car up and were about to begin. I was livid and said forget it, just get my car. I will go elsewhere and pay. This was a complete waste of my afternoon. Why make an appt at all?
Free service is not worth it. I will be taking my business elsewhere
