Excellent Experience
This is a family ran business that is very detail oriented. They keep you updated on your vehicle and will answer any questions or concerns you might have. The facilities are extremely clean, they are professional, and very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend using them for your Lexus or Toyota needs. A lot cheaper than a dealership with more attention to detail work. They are subject matter experts of their craft. Again I can’t recommend them enough. 8/18/2023

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring
Fast lane kept me informed every step of the way. Jordan at the front desk also expressed his concerns about some problems I may experience at some time in the future and what to watch and listen for. So overall great experience I would recommend fastlane to anyone that has transmission issues.

Motor mount fix
The employees at Fastlane in Woodstock are amazing. They are always kind and respectful. They never talk down to me as a young woman and always give me an in depth & honest opinion on what needs to be done. Fastlane is always my first option!

The Best repair place ever!
I have been with John Lomat and his company for four years now. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family..
They have fixed my power windows ,done an alignment worked on my wife's transmission and power steering and fixed an electrical problem no one else was able to figure out. You never know about the other folks some good some not so much. These guys rock !
