Dash light indicated a problem. Diagnostics indicated the component failure. All good.
What diagnostics did NOT show was the reason the component was failing, which Bill showed me was an entirely different issue that diagnostics could not detect, saving me money and aggravation.

No other place I'll take my vehicles
Bill, Colson, and the rest of the people at Ferrari's are just great people, first of all. They take the time to build relationships with their customers. I've been taking my vehicles to them for a few years now after moving to the neighborhood. Each time I go, I appreciate this place a little more. A great, old-time feel about this place. Plus, what a great name - Ferrari's! You can't go wrong when you bring your car/truck in for service here. You'll get treated with a smile, you'll know your car is in capable, experienced hands, and you will get prompt service. They have always been honest and transparent with me. They go over every expense beforehand. They make it feel like they are here to serve you - not just in it for the money themselves.
This gas station is always helpful and friendly. Everyone who works here does a great job and they are always willing to help and fix something in times of need. It's fast to make an appointment and they take care of you.
