Brake job
They did a complete brake job on my truck. New pads calipers and all new lines. Nothing was done until they explained to me what needed to be done and the cost. They basically fixed everything that a different company messed up. Thank you for honest service.

Got me in quick very awesome guys. Detected an issue to get repaired.
Great guys! Great service. They got me in and out quick for an oil change. They diagnosed another problem with my pickup they I can get repaired locally.

Definitely will drive to Superior for their great service.

Quick and Helpful
I had an engine issue on my car on a Sunday and Five Star Automotive was able to check out my car early Monday morning. They couldn’t figure out the exact issue but the diagnostic report they gave me was extremely helpful for me to get the right answer from the dealership. Thanks for the help, Five Star!

Way too high priced
This was my second time using five star automotive the first time they called me four times and said I needed more. I ended up leaving with over an $1800 bill this time they quoted me $750 for a wheel bearing I talked to a couple other shops and they quoted me $500. I will never use five star automotive ever again.

Fast and friendly
My battery was old and no longer good, the cold snap made it very apparent that I needed to bring my car in. I was helped right away, they got me in and even helped with an oil change and called about a nest in my air filter and replaced it after I said yes!

Truck wouldn't start
My truck wouldn't start, even after taking it out earlier. Had the battery checked and checked the relays... nothing. Got in touch with Tom and immediately knew I had contacted the right people. Customer service was top notch. Once I got my truck there, they checked it out and identified the issue. Tom called me, gave me the details and had the prices ready. Quickly got the work done and since he knew I was walking without it. Called me a couple times to make sure to get a hold of me when it was done so I could pick it up before close. OUTSTANDING customer service and speedy service. Thank you very much!

Pushy
Brought my car in there to be diagnosed. I asked him to refill my fluids for me because I needed my transmission repaired and I couldn't get it done there the price was extremely high and when asked to fill the fluids they just said there's no use your car is shot it's not going to do anything it's a waste of money! I don't care I would have paid the money I just wanted them to put the fluid into my transmission and they completely ignored me and sent me on my way after charging me $60 to tell me something I already knew.
