horrible rip off
I took my vehicle in because my suspension was acting up. I was told I needed front brakes and rotors, and back shocks. I paid 1600.00 to replace all these parts. Two days after I left I notice my front right tire is making a whole new noise. My front rims have now turned black which how if the brakes were just replaced. The suspension fault keeps going off and on. Than I go to get an oil change and was told they cannot even open my hood because my lever is broken to the latch which opens my hood. I have called this place numerous times and was told to bring car back they will "look at it" to only show up four different times and get told they were too busy to just drop the car off. I finally had my husband take the vehicle today to be looked at again and was told my front brakes are fine and the hood they never touched. Nobody else has touched this car except these people. Now they offer if i order the part from the dealership they can put it on for 500.00. Total rip off, horrible service, charge way too much for labor that is not even done correctly. I am contacting my lawyer. This will get fixed one way or another!!

Service has gotten worse since Paul left
Customer service is terrible since Paul left. Joe promises good service but doesn't deliver. They offer a free shuttle but be prepared to wait an hour or more. The manager avoids confrontation rather than address customer concerns. Over the past 10 years I have spent more than $15,000 at Five Stars but now use another shop.
