5 star service.
Having car trouble while traveling, far from home is very difficult. You have little choice on who will be looking at your problem. Ford Tire and Automotive went out of their way to work on the problem, made sure we were able to locate a hotel, got us there and back the next day. They made sure we knew the car was safe to drive home. Great service. Would not hesitate to use or recommend.

Car would not restart at rest area.
McClure Enterprises/Service Station & Wrecker Service did the towing and Ford’s Tire & Automotive did the repair. Both companies exceeded our expectations! Both were not only knowledgeable professionals interested in doing the right job, but were also concerned for our safety and helped get back and forth to a hotel in an unfamiliar town. Ford’s got right on our repair so we were on our way very shortly. AAA should consider themselves fortunate to have these companies on the AAA team.

Beyond the extra mile service
The work that Fords did to get us back on the road was incredible. After breaking down on 95 we were towed to Fords. They went to work like a NASCAR pit crew and had us back on the road. They could have waited to the next morning but they didn’t. They went the extra mile to help us get home.

Rescued stranded father & son from Charlotte, NC
Our Subaru Outback started overheating about 60 miles South of Orangeburg, SC. We were in the middle of nowhere with barely a cell signal. AAA towed us to Ford's Tire & Automotive in Orangeburg where we were at their mercy ... had to go forward in faith that they wouldn't price gouge a stranded motorist with no other options.
They were great to work with. They even gave me a cheaper "redneck fix" option that'd fix the problem but they couldn't guarantee it, as well as the more expensive option of replacing the radiator. We had them replace the radiator.
Being familiar with the cost of a radiator replacement, I will gladly report they gave us an honest price and did a great job.
It was great working with these guys. Very honest and helpful. I highly recommend them!!

Great service!
Mike, the owner worked to try to find parts and they his team figured out a way to work around it to get is on the road and not spend a night or two waiting. He kept us up to date on repairs and was extremely hospitable during our 4 hours there.
