Bad Review Discussion
Tom contacted me and we discussed my recent review. I changed my overall review score because I do appreciate that Tom reached out to me regarding my concerns. We went over every item on the estimate of needed repairs that I received and what I had learrned when I took the vehicle to a different inspection source. I told him that I wanted a thorough inspection but I did not appreciate the mechanic "padding" the estimate.

Airbag Clock Spring Recall
Went to dealership to get the Airbag Clock Spring replaced. After confirming the airbag light was on continuously and the vin number for the part months in advance, I drive an hour and a half to the dealership only to be told they had to order the part and would call me. This happened an hour and a half after I arrived.

Did NOT complete work they said they did
Routine maintenance was part of purchase of new car. First attempt at routine maintenance and was lied to - did NOT complete tire rotation and said they did. Know this because one wheel had a mark on it and when returned, same spot on the car.
