Starter replacement
I needed a new starter so I contacted nearby shops to see if they had any in stock or was able to get it within a few days and Future Auto Service got back to me within a few minutes of calling multiple shops. They immediately ordered the part I needed and was able to fix it the same day it came in. They broke down the cost and explained everything about the pricing and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The entire staff was very helpful and very professional. There is also a Hertz across the street if you need a rental which is a genius and convenient business strategy. I would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Service and Wonderful Staff
Henry is very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in dealing with our questions and concerns. Great manager! Arthur, the owner, was also very polite and knowledgeable. He was clear on what the vehicle needed and didn’t the job very well. There were no surprise bills or additional costs on top of what he stayed would be the charge from the beginning. I fully trust this business and especially Henry and Arthur. They delivered great service, vehicle was ready in the timeframe they stated and I definitely recommend that if you are someone looking for a reputable and trustworthy location you should use this company. Very satisfied with how they handled our Subaru SUV. I will continue to use them in the future when needed.

Great Service
I had to call several places just to find one that would work on my EV (2017 Volt). That alone made my first impression positive. Aside from that, everyone was very friendly, the work was done pretty quickly and the price seemed fair. Not sure how it could've been any better.

Oh actually, my first visit was late in the day and I was informed I'd need to schedule an earlier appointment so they'd have time to review and fix. Could've communicated a little better, but overall experience was still very good.

Allison said they were really good. It seemed a little expensive but after checking around, their prices weren't that high. They replaced her battery for free and replace her broken tail light for free, as well. She thinks they're totally wonderful. They were nice, and she didn't feel like they were taking advantage or being dishonest with her. She felt comfortable there and that she could trust them.
