TOTAL FAILURE
I had a brake issue and was told it was ready to go. Picked it up and on the way home I realized the brakes were STILL on and tons of smoke were rolling off the front brakes.
This should NEVER have been released as ready to go. TOTALLY UNSAFE.
Now my problem with ABS remains and now my brakes are damaged. I've returned it to them for COMPLETE REPAIR of all issues. We'll see if it meets satisfaction, but now Im very suspect of them. Many, very young and inexperienced, service people seem to have no supervising or management oversight. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, for major issues.

Liars!
Took my truck in there to find out why it would not start had issues with starting. I brought in on Friday they told me Monday or Tuesday they can diagnose it and let me know. In three days they still haven’t connected their communicator to find out what the errors were. That should only take 10 minutes. So I go in the back with one of her mechanics he told me that earlier today that they tried to start it and it started right up. I asked him then did you put your analyzer on it to find out what’s wrong with it he said no what a Place. I left there with the truck and took it to Scotts automotive we’re at should’ve took it… please beware of these type of companies. I told them that I was taking the truck taking it somewhere else they did not say a word… very very poor service with this company.

Very disappointed!!!
I called G&G on Monday Apr 11, 2022. Asked if I could bring (Tow) my 1994 Ford pick up to their shop. Explained the problem, they said BRING IT IN WE WILL LOOK AT IT. Unfortunately I was not able to take it in to their shop at that time. Then I called Apr 18 monday, and asked if I could still take it in. The man on the phone said that they dont work on vehicles older than the year 2000! He explained that parts are not, easily, available for older cars. I was very disappointed! Dont believe anything these people tell you -- They are not Honest!!

Had oil change today. With coupons it was great price. Great recommendations without pushing anything on you. I will always take my car here and only here.

Mavis said she was not offered any type of transportation back to her home which was quite a distance from the business. She then said the staff had her vehicle all day long and when she did find a ride back to pick up her vehicle, it had not been touched. She then said a technician tried to charge her hundreds of dollars just to find out why her check engine light was on. She said she knew she could have gotten the check engine light checked for free and that the fact that they wanted to charge her for it without even knowing what was wrong with her vehicle didn't feel right. She said she would not go back.
