Looking for a vehicle ? Ask for Jeremy and you won't regret it ! Jeremy made everything as easy and comfortable as could be and folllowed up after delivery to ask if I had questions about my new vehicle. Being an old goat , I DID have questions and Jeremy helped with all my questions and even set me an appointment to go over my concerns personally. Great guy and great service. Stopped by Hyundai to browse the lot and ended up meeting Elainah. I let her know right away that I didn't like pushy sales and was hesitant due to previous experiences. She was very understanding and was able to get me a deal I couldn't refuse. I am very happy with the purchase of my new Palisade and would recommend Elainah if you want a kind, no-pressure salesperson!!

Exceptional Service & Outstanding Experience at Garvey Hyundai
We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited from Garvey Hyundai on June 19, 2024. The exceptional service provided by your team of Heather Taft, Shane Murray, and Don Carlino, made our experience remarkable.

From the moment we walked in the door, Heather made us feel welcomed and valued. Her fun, engaging personality instantly put us at ease. Heather's honest and transparent approach was refreshing. She took time to understand our needs and patiently answered a hundred questions (nervous first time ev car buyers). Her deep knowledge of the Ionic's tech was impressive and made us confident in our decision to purchase.

Our takeaways: The Ioniq 5 LTD is a masterpiece of modern automotive engineering! Its technology, sleek design, and performance far exceeded our expectations! The electric range is impressive, and the rapid charging capabilities are a game-changer. The interior is luxurious and spacious, the infotainment system, intuitive. We were particularly impressed with the advanced driver-assistance features, which provide smooth, stress-free driving.

We were not ready to finalize a deal as we were considering other options (Audi, Subaru and KIA) but Heather made the process seamless and enjoyable. Her ability to build a connection with us was remarkable, and it felt like we were working with a trusted friend rather than a salesperson. Her dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

We also want to extend our appreciation to Shane Murray for his negotiation and professionalism. Shane approached us with respect and integrity, ensuring that both parties felt satisfied with the final agreement. His ability to balance our needs with your dealership's terms was commendable, and we felt confident we were getting the best deal possible...

In addition, Don Carlino in Finance was a pleasure to work with. We have never leased a car before and he made the process clear and understandable.

We have only had our Ioniq 5 Limited for one day, but we are already in love with it. The car has garnered rave reviews from friends and family members who have taken it for a spin. We are excited to share our positive experience with others and will be sending referrals Heather's way very soon.
