I called for an appointment for an inspection and was able to get right in the next day. My wait time was very reasonable. The Garys service center team was very kind and courteous.Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the next-day availability was incredibly convenient. Been a customer for several years
Set an appointment for an oil change and more importantly to check on my traction control light, was told they could fix it...took the day off of work, was told it needed front bearings to fix the traction problem....never got it done, they couldn't do it, first short handed, then no parts....checked my records, realized they replaced my front wheel bearings June of last year, they should last 100,000 miles ...I've been coming here for years, will see if they make it right.....the owner was not there,

Went for easy oil change, and had three lights lit on the dash when done.
We've had work done before and no problems. This time after having a simple oil change we now have 3 lights lit on the dash when it was done. Not sure what happened, but there were no problems or lights lit. We did call back to ask what happened, they said we could bring the car back. Now we are afraid to take it back. Very upsetting.

They are always very accommodating
I dropped my truck off on Friday night after a flat tire and it was ready by Monday. Come to find out I need a new tires anyway. Did an oil change as well as a New York State inspection and it was ready by late morning Monday. Thanks guys.
