The quality of service provided at this location is extremely poor. I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle with detailed videos and pictures before any work is performed. Additionally, do not rely on the promise of a courtesy car, as it will most likely not be honored.
It is concerning that such substandard service is permitted to persist. I urge Genesis to consider comprehensive retraining for the staff at this location to prevent further damage to the company's reputation.

Paper work did not match odometer reading. Almost 5,000 miles discepency
ODOMETER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT was almost 5,000 miles discrepancy.
I did not receive spare key, electronic key car, code for 3 year free charging, not even the wheel lock key. I have been trying to get the dealer to respond for over 10 days! I have tried getting the owners email, no luck. I talked with the store GM, no luck. I have field a complaint with Genesis corp, no luck. I have a few options left but seriously don't want to go there. I hope this can be worked out. I am still shocked that a so called "luxury barns" treats it buyer like this. Wish me luck
I purchase this vehicle primarily because the salesman was so knowledgeable and honest.
I’ll look at Bmw’s and Audi’s. Both were great cars . However the differentiator was the genesis sales rep. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and genuine. I am in sales,and I’ve been successful primarily because I am genuine, trustworthy and likable . My genesis salesman was all of the above. When it comes right down to it - people buy from people they like. I liked Mitch and he Made me feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle oh that was quite honestly out of my price range.

Given the supply chain issues was still able to reach a fair deal.

Good professional service
Chris Coco was our sale rep. He was pleasant and lay back with his sales pitch without making us feel pushy. We got our car from walk in , test drive, car in our garage within hours. The service is professional, from Chris to his managers. I will recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Genesis to go to Milford.
Dealership management staff would benefit from training in customer service and respect for customer's time.
Also, condition of vehicle upon delivery was less than satisfactory.
Worked with Sam and Moody to purchase a 2022 G70 LE. Both were awesome and easy to work with. Made you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend coming here for purchasing a car!
Mitch did a great job in showing us the new Genesis GV80, his knowledge of the vehicle is excellent, if your in the market for a Genesis Mitch is the guy.

Dealership seems poorly run needs an upgrade Customerservice and Facilities
Dealership took advantage of low inventory and charged full sticker. I’m ok with that that was my decision, however for this reason they have not won my loyalty and would not recommend them to a friend or colleague. Even 500.00 or a free accessory would have said something. A week after my purchase I brought my brother to pick up his new Hyundai at another dealership. He got a good price and a Genesis gift package for buying a Hyundai. I got nothing from this dealership and I bought a Genesis. Poorly managed in my opinion.

Despite this being the most expensive purchase I ever made I honestly have no regrets or second thoughts. From the start the sales team member named Sylwia was great. I was given full attention and all the questions i had about the car were answered. I was very confident in my decision to make this purchase. The finance team worked hard and offered me multiple finance options and I chose the one that best fit my needs. It was an overall great and hassle free experience that I look forward to doing again in the future.
