To make matters worse, this damage to my wheels occurred while I was on vacation, and the car ended up in Boerne, Texas, more than 200 miles from my hometown of Houston. As the Tire and Wheel warranty company requested, a wheel repair company representative went to the Boerne, Texas, Genesis dealership and confirmed that the wheels could not be repaired.
Genesis does not back the warranties West Houston Genesis offers. They are from a third-party company. Their contract reads that if the wheels are not repairable, they will pay for their replacement, which they refused to do. I recommend you ensure that any warranty you purchase from West Houston Genesis is backed by Genesis and not by a third-party vendor. I have owned Mercedes-Benz cars for the last 47 years and received excellent service from them. If I had known that Genesis Of West Houston G90 would provide such lousy service, I would never have bought a Genesis from them. Now, I need to look for another Genesis dealership that will provide me with good service for my Genesis. I worked with two salespeople when purchasing my Genesis from Genesis Of West Houston. Within two weeks of buying the Genesis. I found out that the two salesmen I dealt with had been terminated. I was never told that and never assigned another salesman. Wish me Luck!
