Great experience as always
Just a flat tire this time. But Kari Jo gave me the pleasant surprise that my warranty paid for the new one! These people know what they're doing and they're wonderful to deal with.

Great communication
I brought my daughter’s car for service. It needed a lot of work. Kari Jo did an excellent job of explaining what they found, what needed to be fixed, what were priorities, and what could wait. She kept me updated when parts deliveries were delayed. I was very happy with the work done on the car and would definitely bring my car to them again

Awesome Teamwork
Amy and Keri-Jo are great as customer service folks ..... they explained the rear brake situation in a way that was clear and easily understood. Just as they got started, Duane found an unforeseen situation in an aging car (2013 with 108K). Keri-Jo got back to me with a couple options Duane mentioned. Even though it took a few extra minutes, he was able to salvage a component and helped me avoid replacing an entire rear wheel bearing. Thank you to all. Well done!

Excellent People
I was stranded in Madison 75 miles from home, with a broken starter motor.
Genin’s let me use a loaner car while they replaced the starter.
The final bill was substantially less than I anticipated.
The staff is AWESOME!! Very pleasant, and patient with my questions.
