Over charge

Poor
I went to pick up my vehicle. It smell nothing but liquor I tried contacting the owner no one will never answer the phone When I first was there thad a dirty Caucasian dirty caveman working on ? The whole shop was disorganized lotta dirt and filth no pride
Customer service was terrible will not recommend business anyone they would charge you for things that you don’t even need and keep trying to raise the bill to pass the amount that we agreed on They put the wrong oil in my car destroy my whole engine

Someone is going to pay for this attorney will be coming for You

Trust worthy
Evidently this is not a trust worry repair facility when there is a negative comment for
They do not want me to put the owner in there information out there he’s a foreign person please do not get any work done from the shop I’m not a hater if you get a key madeI’ll come back and clean out the car if you get bodywork done he’ll buy used parts and call the storage company and make them pay more I do not recommend this and they don’t even Permission to paint Body parts

I've had multiple experiences here - mostly ok, sometimes strange (one mechanic told me I needed a new battery and I declined but mentioned it to the mechanic my car was ready and he contradircrd what the mechanic indicated and said I didn't need a battery...huh? Do I or don't I...? At least be consistent...).

Then the best was when I came in because my car was making some kind of wacky sound and overheating. They investigated and called me to tell me I either need a new head gasket (on a 5 year old car)...or a totally new engine...or a totally new car. Naturally, I was devastated until I brought the car to another shop. They told me I actually needed a new coolant reservoir and it would be less than $500 total ....

I also had asked them to change the headlight on that visit. But they didn't. I'm glad I paid $65 for a coolant evaluation that I might as well have done myself because it was

Terrible
I went to to get my oil changed, which they took care of easily and quickly. The guy tried to sell me on new tires by lying to me by saying my tread was at a 2, when they weren't even at a 5. Shortly after getting my oil changed, I began having the check oil light come on when my car would idle. I took it in, and they said it would resolve it self over the next few days. Few days passed, and it didn't resolve itself. I took it in, and they said I needed several different parts ordered, that could only be ordered from the dealership. At this point, believed them because everything I researched lined up with what they had told me. If has been two days since my car had been sent in, and they said that it would be ready that day. I called, and they claimed that my dipstick was broken. I knew my dipstick was not broken because I had personally taken it out and checked my oil before taking it . They wanted to keep my car and charge me for another day because they had to order a dipstick. A dipstick. They didn't take my urgency to have my car returned to me seriously, as my husband and I both work full time jobs. They tried to fool me because I am a woman. After calling several times and demanding that they capped off where the dipstick goes in so I could drive my car to and from work the next day, they finally listened to me. I'm very displeased with how they handled this. This shop is a rip off I'll be filing charges with the Darby Borough Township.
