excellent repair of my Subaru
Everyone at Gerber Collision did a very professional job. My car looks brand new. I was kept informed all during the process. My only surprise was how much time it took to do the repairs but the fact that my cars looks fantastic makes up for the wait.

Gerber Collision, Renton WA - Excellent Workmanship & Customer Service !
First rate quality workmanship for my repair of my Subaru at Gerber Collision in Renton WA. They were super professional and excellent in all areas. They delivered sooner that quoted and work is superb. When I picked my vehicle it was even washed and cleaned inside and out, which I didn't expect. It was almost like a detail service. I would highly recomment Gerber Collision in Renton WA for any vehicle collision repair. They are true professionals. Thank you, Gerber Renton, WA ! AAAA ++++

problem scheduling appointment for estimate
Scheduled an appointment for estimate, it was confirmed via a text message. When i arrived at the appointed time, I was told they had no record of it. I had to reschedule for more than a month later. They did apologize.
