They are everything that's missing in the world today. Great customer service and you can tell they value their customers. Problem fixed!
Our first experience with Gibbs. Had gone to dealer first without resolution. Josh diagnosed problem within 1/2 hour. He ordered the necessary part and repair was completed the following day. Total satisfaction with service and price. We'll be back.

Excellent service
I was told that I had a front cover oil leak by dealership. They didn't take my extended warranty. Gibbs do and upon inspection they didn't find a leak, in fact they showed me that front cover was dry as a bone. Just got a new customer!!

$550 Check engine light non repair
My check engine light was on, Gibbs analyzed it. Replaced a part they marked up 100% to $308 and charged me $242 labor. The light came back on after 98 miles. Their 2 year warranty consists of them looking at the issue again and stating I have 3 more issues they need to address and they would charge me as if they didn't charge me $550 for the same issue already. I didn't get the work done, would you ever do business with them? They will respond to this rating with a thank you for your response blah, blah and do nothing else.

Excellent 1st time experiencing with having my car worked on by Gibbs
My mechanic Mr. Hector was very professional, explained very clearly for me to understand what was wrong with my car, gave me options and made sure to speed up my service, knowing it was the only car I own. Excellent service.

Fast, friendly and quality service
Hector, Charlie and the team at Gibbs helped me out tremendously today. Had some issues with a lexus, which I anticipated being very costly and time consuming. They called me within a couple hours to let me know the vehicle was ready for pick up and at a fair price considering they got me in and out and were very convenient to work with. I appreciate these guys!!

Great Service
I was told from Walmart I had an oil leak. I found Gibbs Automotive, called and was able to drop my car off. Found out it was just a loose oil filter. They did my oil change for me. I appreciate the great service and how kind they were. I called other places but I chose Gibbs because of how nice the guy who answered the phone was when I asked about a quote.
