Excellent Service
Thanks to Gibson Automotive, my car drives great. My husband has done business with them for years. Due to my husband's illness I have took over. Never had too, so I am learning. Great service, reasonable price. Thanks again.

Owners and employees always nice and great work !!!!!!!!
Babara said the customer service at this business stunk but the service to her vehicle was good. They had gotten the tires on her vehicle quickly, but she was not happy with a scheduling error. She supposedly had an appointment one day at a certain time, but they did not tell her until she arrived at the facility that her tires had not come in. She had driven from Florence to Darlington and did not appreciate the inconvenience. She noted that Steve was very nice, but an employee whom she believed to be his mother-in-law had an attitude. She would not recommend them because of their customer service.
