when a man is willing to pay sticker price, that should be enough. instead they deceptively sneak optional things into the contract. options should be discussed not assumed. I caught them on one, missed the other so now I'm out an additional 2,500

Went into Glendora Hyundai with my dad helping him look for a brand new Hyundai. Sales staff was extremely helpful helping explain things to my dad and it was definitely a plus our sales associate was fluent in Spanish. Talking with him he was very knowledgeable about everything and was very straightforward with everything, very honest guy and really did his best to try and get what my dad wanted.

The whole process was seamless and very comfortable. I arranged with them prior to my arrival. They had the vehicle sanitized for me. They had tables and chairs set up outside for convenience. They also had checks at the front door to ensure my protection. I appreciate that they value my time and safety.
