Making good
My van’s transmission went out while on vacation. Global was referred to me by a local friend. They did their best to fix it by the end of the week. But when driving home.the transmission went out again. I took it back and the owner was extremely apologetic and said they would do everything they could to make it right. They did and I’ve had no problems since.

Understanding and fully educated on everything
We asked and then some. They fixed our problem and gave us advice on another. We will always come back to this awesome group and will seek their advice when zi buy another car!! Very professional and totally priced right!

My 2012 E350 decided it didn’t want to go to work one day, it went from 1st to 2nd and then to neutral three times repeatedly, I called a friend (auto mechanic) and he referred me to Global transmission and auto in Fort Walton Beach Florida so I limped it in and they had it completely diagnosed and fixed in three days and I was back on the road!
I would highly recommend Them to anyone in need of auto or truck, diagnosis and repair!
I was very impressed with their professionalism and concern to get my vehicle back to me in a timely matter!
No words can express my gratitude to this great group of Gentlemen at Global transmission and auto in Fort Walton beach, Florida!

Rodney makes sure your 100% satisfied.
My Ford Transit van trans was damaged because the oil was leaking out.
Rodney gave me options to repair or replace. It was common sense to replace it since there was major damage.

highly competent transmission repair shop
Rodney and Adam are very customer oriented. I brought in an older truck with a complex (intermittent) set of problems, which appeared to be transmission centric, but which also impacted engine function. They could have tried to sell me transmission parts, or a whole transmission. Their diagnosis pointed to engine ignition parts, which cost far less. This tells me they are both knowledgeable, as well as honest. I highly recommend them
