Did not have the tools to do the work
I brought the vehicle with a real wheel leak, I was told that they did not have the tools to perform the job and recommended me to another shop but still charged me for the diagnostics. the shop they recommended me to was questioning as to why they charged me if they did have the tools in the first place and they did not provide me with the written diagnostics that would have prevented me from having to pay again for it the other shop. Very disappointing.

a job well done
I was a little surprised that it took as along as it did, but I was extremely happy with the results..I have the feeling that the mechanics here love cars and do their best and go beyond the extra mile..

Took four times
1st they quoted me about $2500 for a total break job. Then after dropping it off it was now a total of $8200. AND I had to bring it back 3 times to finally get it correct. Never will I go back again.

We honored the work that was done when you heard the new brakes continued to squeaking, and got you in as quickly as possible to recheck and get rid of the squeaking noises.
