Good New Garage is amazing! My visit was the second time with Good New, excellent customer service and thorough with explaining what was need with my 2005 Volvo. I could not be more pleased with Good News and Casey and his teams help.
Just mostly catch-up stuff at 65k. It's a secure feeling to know that they've checked over everything and the vehicle is in good shape and running safely.
I am very satisfied and pleased. They checked my car, did the oil change and a brake fluid flush. They identified the leak and told me it was a minor leak in power steering hose and that it was OK to continue driving the car. I appreciated the honesty. That was my first time there and I will come back. I feel happy that I found my mechanic.

i'll be returning for all my regular maintenance! garage is upfront about costs, provides a break down of parts and service and quick turn around for maintence. they provided a full list of repairs and costs my 2010 car should need and helped me to prioritize what to get done first.
I've been taking my cars to GNG since 1988. I can't imagine a better garage. Even a slightly OCD person like me is not tempted to second guess ANYTHING about their service and billing. Love them too. Will have to commit harakiri if they ever close.

So smart, so trustworthy, prompt, efficient, thorough: I could not have been happier. I went in for an oil change and knew the car needed a check-up, but I was afraid to ask. They addressed the essentials (filters) and gave me valuable advice for the future. Casey also replaced the pesky battery in my key fob. I can't wait to go back (not my usual feeling about a car appointment).
I was able to get an appointment right away. I needed an oil change but wanted a quick check of other systems, which they did for a modest charge, confirming that I had one or two things to watch for but no additional work to be done now. Dealers use this sort of check to sell you all kinds of expensive service. I trust Good News and will continue to rely on them.
