Fiat oil change and service

Thank you Granite Alley!
I took my car in to be assessed by Granite Alley after I was told by the dealership I needed a brand new catalytic converter which would cost me approximately $3700. After consulting with my neighbor who is a mechanic he recommended Granite Alley. Not only did I not need a catalytic converter. My car is in perfect working condition thank s to Granite Alley!

Great Job Again!
I love Granite Alley Garage! I have been several times now, with two vehicles. Each visit fixed the issues quickly and was priced reasonably. Shawn and his crew diagnosed the problems correctly and addressed them properly. I have an upcoming appointment with them for another maintenance issue, even though I no longer live in Prescott, as I only trust Shawn to do the job right. Even my dog likes it there--rhey have great doggie treats, and a heated office to wait in!

Excellent and reasonable services
I brought my car into granite alley garage on 👥 Feb sixth I was told a week prior to that at the Nissan dealership that I needed a catalytic converter which would’ve cost me over $2300. My check engine light shut off so I took it in for a second opinion. Shawn said I did not need a catalytic converter and my car was in great shape. he only charged me for the assessment and diagnostics. I’m taking it back for 100,000 mile check up in the next couple weeks. Grateful for their honesty and quality work.

Check up on coolant system of my Cadillac CTS
I checked in with Sean on Monday. He scheduled me for Wednesday. I received prompt and courteous service. They finished up the service and called me that day and charged very reasonable rates. I recommend them highly

Great Service!
Sean was great in providing an estimate and doing the work needed without some upsell on something you don’t really need. Finding good mechanics these days has its challenges. You cannot go wrong with Granite Alley Garage!

Great service. Dependable maintenance.
We take our vehicles to Sean and his team at Granite Alley. We never buy new, but only solid used cars. We trust the Granite Alley team to check them out first before we buy. They have been maintaining our car and truck for several years now. We never have to worry about taking the occasional long road trip. We know our vehicles are road worthy.
