I wouldn’t go anywhere else
I started going to Great Kills Service when I first moved to the area as a young newlywed. Joe’s dad was still there and Joe was starting to take over. You knew your car was being cared for as if it were their own. I soon turned into a single mom of 2 kids and always felt safe and protected going there and knew I would never be taken advantage of. When you think of family business and staple of the community you can’t mention that without thinking of GKS. No matter what the issue, you got an honest estimate and a phone call before anything was ever done. You can be sure if Joe hadn’t personally worked on your car that day, he definitely was going to have had his hands on it before it left after completion. I’ve since moved from GK but I just brought my car in today for new brakes, tires, oil change, and inspection, and it was like coming home again as Joe introduced his own son who is now working there to me. Most people know who you are talking about if you say, “I take my car to Joe in Great Kills”. Friendly, reliable and trustworthy. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond. The definition of family owned, small business. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else and it’s great to see the family work ethic being passed on to the next generation.

The Best
I’ve been using Great Kills Service Station for a long time and have never been disappointed in the repairs that they have done and the diagnostics that they performed.
In this day and age, I’ve found it difficult to find a company that is honest, fair priced and truly is worthy of being called competent and Great Kills Service is more than worthy! Thanks for all you do!

I come out of state to visit the garage
They’re the most honest, hard-working, honorable garage out there. I travel from out of state to have them serviced my vehicles and when possible, I have my vehicle delivered there by tow truck

Very satisfied with the service at the Great Kills Service Center
The problem with my vehicle running poorly was completely corrected properly and in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price, The service manager Joe kept me informed on what was being done to my vehicle and what he found to be the problem before the work was done and what the cost would be, a pleasure dealing with the Great Kills Service Center..
