Scheduled Routine Maintenance
It was very easy to schedule my appointment. It was a routine oil change, however not the usual oil change since it was for a diesel that requires 10 quarts of special oil. I was taken right in, given my options for oil type, and out within an hour. The waiting area was comfortable, well appointed with reading material and a TV which was offered to be turned on if I wanted.
