Excellent
Had to have my car towed and had them tow it to Harris automotive. They were excellent in taking care of the problem and keeping me updated on what was going on. This is a second time I've used him and I am very pleased with their service and their professionalism. I recommend them highly to anyone that needs auto repair

Brake job
I took my Car to Harris as I knew they would be honest and fair. Sure enough, I was right. They said front brakes were still ok, but rear rotars and pads should be replaced. Other shops would have tried for both front and rear.

SERVICE
You can get automotive work at lots of places, but SERVICE IS SOMETHING THAT IS LACKING, but not at HARRIS AUTOMOTIVE. Friendly people and great Service, thank you for still providing Great Customer SERVICE.

Lacking in customer service follow through
I requested 2 different people to ensure my tires were inspected for wear. They kept my car all day to do an alignment and check Freon and didn’t check the tires until I said something a 3rd time when I picked up my car. I was told I would be called with an update that didn’t occur either. My car doesn’t seem any cooler after receiving Freon either. Andrew was the most helpful at pick up and checked tires and sent a quote.

Another good service
Took my vehicle in to have some preventive maintenance done. As always, they have done an excellent job and communicated along the way. They even got done faster than I thought they could.

Overcharged
Charged over $100 labor to change fuel filter. I have checked with other mechanics and that is insane. Also charged $75 diagnostics fed for coolant sensor when I told them it was needed. So, the fee was for telling me what I already knew. I had been a long time customer and even promoted Harris on social media for honesty, but no longer.
