Lost our car

My daughter’s car towed here after break down. No calls or messages. Calls not returned drove my daughter for me round trip 6 hours to find car on lot. We’re supposed to get call never did then a week later said fixed it broke down same problem 1 hour later. The paperwork has wrong address not even city right and sounded like it did right before it broke down. Made it part way home

Incapable service center

I have filed a better business bureau investigation into the legitimacy of this business due to the lack of competence or adequate facilities to perform automotive repairs and servicing. 2013 Hyundai Elantra was brought in via a tow truck. Technician analyzed the vehicle stating that it needs a new ECM. Service department states that the new ECM part was on back order till 2022. Part number being 39103-2EMA3. I call auburn Hyundai and was told they have the part in stock and pick up today. Then the service manager and service department salesman told me that the do not service 3rd party parts and only OEM. Next they said that they could not perform the service and reprogramming of the VIN to the ECM. I was then escorted outside and told to have a great day. So I’m conclusion they have a number of issues here, not capable or adequate service capability, no capable or properly trained service technicians, do not possess the proper tools a s literature required by a service department and or dealership. Stay away from these guys as a whole. Went ahead and drove to auburn where I got the part and bought a new second car.
