You were told the repair was a couple of hours, but during the process our tech took an hour lunch due to the time your vehicles issue was diagnosed and also had to wait for the part to come in for your vehicle, we also had other vehicles that required our attention and for those reasons it took is why it took the time that it did. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you have a positive experience with us.

I experienced an ugly human interaction full of stress, loss of money and time. I love to give great reviews five stars only. But this place so awful they forced me to give them a bad review. Fake nice passive aggressive rude with a smile. Charge me double for an AC compressor over $800.
They charged double for labor. The job should only take 4.7 hours, they charge me double for 8 hours.
Shady manipulative predator business. They will take advantage of you, rob you of your money.
Earn it, 1 Star AC service. Technicians attempted to intimidate me by starring me down as I walked away. I am disappointed and disgusted with this treatment. This place should not be in business period.
