Heritage gave me an honest assessment of the extent of the damage and needed repairs. They have a busy schedule but the estimates they gave for getting the car in and the time needed for repairs was right on the money.
They kept me appraised as to the status of the repairs and whenever I called they were friendly and helpful-- never made me feel like I was bothering them.
And when I picked it up it was clean and looked brand new!
I'd go back in a heartbeat.
