My 2021 Santa Fe had a recall and I also had other issues not addressed by Centennial Hyundai service. High Desert Hyundai took a complicated situation and worked to address all of my issues and provided transportation during warranty repairs. Thorough, honest and reliable!

Oil change service
Trying to schedule was a hassle because when I asked if tomorrow was available I was told no we are scheduling out to next week. I then asked when the next available was and was told that's not how it works u tell us what day u want to come in and we schedule you. I said I tried! He then said that he had an appointment for tomorrow at 215. I said that would be great. Would have been nice if he had offered that when I first asked instead of making me jump through hoops. They no longer wash or offer to vacuum out ur car and u pay 75 for a standard oil change.

Routine Maintenance Appointment
My scheduled routine maintenance appointment (primarily an inspection and an engine oil change and filter replacement) was addressed promptly. I was asked if I would also like a 'dirty' air filter replaced before it was done. The whole process was completed quickly. And the coffee in the waiting lounge was good, too!
