Tire issue
I was traveling to Columbus for a meeting and noticed the tire pressure was rapidly decreasing. Found this shop and explained my situation and they immediately got on it and fixed it for me. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Can’t think them enough for their great service.

Great choice!

I was the worst customer… running late, lost my coupon and frantic….but the office staff was understanding and reassuranced me that I could still get coupon price! The mechanics were professional and prompt. I had a very short wait and a very thorough report on the general great condition of my engine.

Always a good experience
You have such a gem in your service manager, Kim. She is incredibly knowledgable, and shares that wisdom freely while explaining in great detail how things work in my car's engine. Being able to talk to the service tech that does the work when he/she pulls the car around to the door is priceless. This last time, the tech said, "you have an incredibly well maintained car". I laughed and said "well you guys do the maintenance, So good job". One of the more remarkable things is that I have yet to feel like anyone there is trying to upsell. Trust is so damn important in your business, and by not selling me things before they are really needed means when things are truly needed (which as a 6 year old car with almost 50k miles, I'm sure will be coming sooner rather than later) there will be no need to "shop around"
