Run, don't walk away form this thief.
Too may things to go over in a post. The shop is a filthy hole and the owner is a loud-mouth jerk-off who is a pathetic human being. More of a parasite who will $crew you way he can. Don't even consider brining your car here.

Matt said this business did not bolt his rack back onto his vehicle, which then caused an accident where he almost died. He went into their facility to complain about the issue, but the owner did not care. For the reasons stated he would not recommend this business for service.
Bruce said the business is normally excellent. They were booked up so they were not able to get his vehicle in on time, even though he had an appointment.
