John stated that he thinks that they are the best automotive place around and he has been going to them for 30 years. They do what needs to be done, don't add things and say a person needs this when they don't. He thinks that their prices are very fair and reasonable. They are really nice guys and overall, it is an excellent automotive place. The only thing that concerns him is that he is elderly, he is 74, and he used to be able to drive his vehicle there and give him the registration for the annual automotive renewal, and one of the mechanics would drive him back to his place. He is only a mile away but he can't walk that far, they have done away with that and the head guy stopped it. They have to sit there and wait for them to fix the vehicle, and sometimes that can be 4 hours. Other days it can be half an hour but sometimes it takes a long time, especially if they need to get parts from some place. He would like them to bring back the service of driving him home and when they are done, calling him to tell him they are one their way to pick him up, and take him back to the place to pay and get his vehicle.
