Marco is a asset to the company. Great customer service. Estimate of time was right on. His concern about my ride or shuttle was refreshing. ( I chose to get a ride with a friend but he held the shuttle about 10 minutes just in case …)

Hyundai of Seattle was quick in servicing my car. They were transparent and asked whether I would like a cabin filter replaced, citing the cost. That level of trust is very important, so for Hyundai owners this is the place to go.

Great service overall!
They did a very good job. Everything was done on-time, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. The only real improvement I could offer, is to possibly hold employee meetings away from the customer area. There seemed to be a meeting of some kind going on in/near the main waiting area and the discussion carried a bit.
