I wanted an oil change & a tire rotation. The service tech came out indicating that I didn't need a tire rotation at this time due to the mileage of the car. It was satisfying that I didn't have to pay extra for something I didn't need. Nowadays, companies are not up front & they take your money anyway. I wish more companies were honest with their customers. Thanks again for the great service.

I had a bad experience as everytime me or my mom come to drop off the car for maintenance they always try to scan and make me pay extra.They know when they search up my name I have a $50 extra payments I pay for maintenance for my car yet the workers pretend they don’t see it to try and charge me.This is ridiculous.

Poor Service/Communication
Made the appointment two weeks out (tires and breaks) after I drop the car off (8:45am) - got a call they did not order the tires and I could:
1 - have them order the tires and comeback the next day for installation and they would would give me $50 off
2 - go with a different tire they could get same day
Went with Option 2 ($50 was not worth having another day wasted) which caused my car to be there for almost 10 hrs + and I had to call to get a status on my car because they were closing at 5:30pm (turns out the the service Rep I had, went home and never called to let me know what was going on)
Was offered nothing for inconvenience.
Been a long time customer - Service Dept. is just not the same anymore

Car repair / engine replacement
The service manager is rude and disrespectful. He does not consider or know how to support customer service. I work in supporting the service needs of others, and he accuses his customers rather than listening for understanding. In the middle of customers voicing their concerns, he changes what he states after customers have to go above his head with their concerns.

My car was damaged during the time that they had my car to replace my engine. Also, he did not want to give me a loaner car although they were going to have my car for an extended period. I’ve had more than one altercation with him when it comes to them servicing my car for repairs. He provides bad customer service!
