Fixed my weird noise
I had a weird noise when I used my brakes. As Import Auto had just done work on my rear brakes, I assumed that was where the problem was. At first they could not hear the noise, but they stuck with it, and finally found my front brake caliper was missing a bolt, nothing to do with my rear brakes at all. Now my brakes are quiet, and I’m very happy with the techs who worked on it and fixed the problem.

Good Service
Import Auto is conveniently located, the people that answer phones and that run the desk are very nice and friendly. I love that they offer a shuttle. So far I have been very pleased with the work they have done on my vehicles. I would recommend Import Auto.

Great service
German cars are expensive to maintain. And these guys helped with the cost as much as they could. I loved the customer service. The staff kept me in the loop during the whole time. And nothing was a surprise. The price was what they said it would be whenever a new part was needed. Like I said before “No surprises” when it came time to pay. The work performed has been quality so far and I have more trust in my vehicle.

Excellent troubleshooting
Check engine light came on and code indicated only a general area of failure. You tube video indicated the array of components that could cause the error. Joe checked everything and found the faulty component. He also managed to diagnose a nasty noise in engine start up, so I got that taken care of as well. Joe also saved me some money by finding an online alternative for a broken wiring harness connector, as opposed to a ludicrously expensive Porsche original. Thanks all, I’ll be going back, hopefully not too soon. The work and extra effort is much appreciated.

Great Service and nice people, but new hours stink
Long time customer. I'm assuming ownership changed. Historically you could drop your car off before 8am and pick up after 5pm. Not anymore.

Blown engine
My husband and I moved from east coast to Colorado Springs and he drove his rotary engine car. After a month of being here the engine we thought needed a fix. Come to find out the engine blew. We started with one person who was knowledgeable and had done rotary rebuilds. My husband deployed and I had no idea what I was doing. After a few months I got a call saying that person was gone and it was a new person. Again after a few more months I got a call from Jesse. She had taken it over and I explained what had been going on. She was the most patient and helpful I have ever spoken with. She was able to get his car back working and better then when he originally bought it a few years ago. She said she didn’t have much experience with rotary engines but she worked with one of her mechanics and I could not be more thankful for her and her crew! I would for sure bring the car back and any other car needing work! Thank you so much Jesse, for helping with the stress of this car along with everything else going on at this time! We appreciate all your work and effort!

Go there. Unfortunately they refuse waive diagnose check fee. Right after done repaired. It not alike before. Or other shop would do waive in my experience. But they very trust and repaired very well even better than other shop.
