Krishna said there was no hassle. They explained what was involved and was done in one hour. He said there was no issue except he's not sure if a cabin filter was needed or not, otherwise there was no issue at all. He said they did everything quickly, which he really likes.

Great experience
I had a great experience working with Jose. He was very thorough, patient, and made me feel comfortable, asking multiple questions. I can feel insecure asking questions about basic car mechanics, but he encouraged the questions and responded in a way that was easy to understand. He respected my budget, and was not pushy. He was clear on what was urgent, what was important but not urgent, and what can wait for a while. I appreciated his honest, patience, and humility. I will definitely be coming back to work with Jose.

My Ford runs Great.
The car was under utilized for some time, neglected, sitting parked for the most part of 2 years. It needed some attention. I expected a few surprises. The team completed the work, and provided a good discount with my AAA. When I later had a problem, they knew exactly what it was and resolved it, no hassle. I feel totally confident driving my Ford now. I trust these gentlemen, and I will be a regular customer for Integrity Automotive.
